OpenXR applications launchable and streamable directly from VR headset

We now offer increased support for OpenXR applications by allowing them to be launched and streamed directly from the headsets.

Remember to update Innoactive Portal VR client application to take advantage of this improvement!

When streaming from your browser, we have implemented new error messages to help you better understand the details of network issues that may occur.
